CANCELLATION

Our orders are made on demand after the order is placed, the order should be canceled within 1 hours of placing it. To cancel an order, please email us at elsaonlineshop.com@gmail.com.

EXCHANGE

Items can only be exchanged in the case of a manufacturing defect or if the wrong product is received. To initiate an exchange, inform us within 1days of product delivery via email, providing the order number and a picture of the item to be exchanged. Contact us at elsaonlineshop.com@gmail.com.

If the exchanged item has a lower price, the remaining amount will be refunded as store credit. If exchanged for a higher-value product, the remaining amount must be paid via the link we send before dispatching the item. The exchange item will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the returned product.

If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you may need to self-ship the product.

Only one exchange is allowed per order.

RETURN

Products can only be returned in case of a manufacturing defect or receiving the wrong product. We offer a 24 hour return period from the day of delivery. Refund processing will commence upon receiving the returned goods. When requesting a return, please include an image of the product with the email sent to elsaonlineshop.com@gmail.com.

If pickup service is unavailable, you may need to self-ship the product, with a maximum credit of 100 INR for reverse shipping.

REFUND

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item should be unworn with tags still attached, and no traces of makeup, stains, animal hair, deodorant, or strong scents. For prepaid orders, the refund will be transferred to your account after receiving the returned product. Please allow 7 to 20 days for the refund to be processed (duration depends).Incase of Cash on delivery the refund will be in the form store credit (Discount code)-Cash on Delivery currently discontinued.

Note that the tax collected is non-refundable.

Hair bows/clips are non-returnable due to hygienic reasons.

HANDKERCHIEF/TOWEL

Handkerchiefs/towels are non-returnable due to hygienic reasons.

SALE or OFFER ITEMS

All items bought during a sale or offer are non-returnable.
