SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer free shipping for all prepaid order. 

SHIPPING TIME

All orders are dispatched within 6 to 7 working days from the date of order placement. Excluding sundays and public holidays.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery period is 2 to 8 days, with variations based on the delivery pin code:

• Delivery in Kerala: 2 to 5 days
• Delivery in the rest of India: 2 to 10 days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to national holidays, strikes, or natural calamities.

COURIER SERVICE

We rely on third-party courier services to fulfill all our orders. Our main courier service providers include Shiprocket, Delhivery Logistic, Xpressbee, Ekart, and Fedex.

ALTERNATIVE SHIPPING SERVICE

For prepaid orders in areas where the above services are unavailable, shipments will be handled by India Post (Speed Post).

SHIPPING/DELIVERY NOTIFICATION

Upon shipping, you will receive an SMS and email notification with a tracking number and link. Please check your spam, promotional, or social folders if the email is not found in your inbox. It is recommended to track your order for real-time shipping updates. If you haven't received tracking details within 7 days, please contact us.

DELIVERY

When your order is out for delivery, you will be notified via SMS and email. The courier service will make a call to the provided number when the product is out for delivery. Please ensure you attend the call. The courier service will attempt delivery three times, and if unsuccessful, the order will be returned.

DELIVERY FAILURE

Delivery failure may occur for the following reasons:

• Refusal/cancellation at the time of delivery
• Insufficient address
• Wrong phone number
• Unreachable
• Out of station

If delivery fails due to any of the above reasons, and it was not intentional, kindly contact us immediately. The courier service will attempt delivery three times, after which the order will be returned.
